Crystal Report: Let the user customize the layout of the report?

Hi, i would like to write a function to let the user do minor changes to the
form (e.g. hide/show a field; move a field around; add text box). i'm
wondering if i can do it using the Windows Forms Viewer or do i have to do it
using the REport Engine Object Model? Thanks a million!!
