Authenticode Signature

Where can I find a cheap certificate to sign my .net installation applications?

If you are testing, then you can use makecert.exe which is incuded in
the framework SDK to generate X.509 certificates

I saw this tool but don't know what switched should be turned on....
The program was written in VB.net and is Form Based.

Do I use the makecert on the actual installation package. I'm finding
abosolutely no help on the subject anywhere.
