Comm port

Hi there,
anyone knows how it's possible to use "old" com ports in .NET?

I think is not advisable register and use "old VB6" MSCOMM32.OCX, and I'd
not found any class performing open, close, set, raise event, input and so
on...
I have to write it by myself? And if yes, starting from where?

Thanks,
Maurizio
