SVG Component ?

Hi,

I'm looking for a Component which can help me manipulate (read/write/parse)
and/or display SVG file format.

Anybody here knows a robust component which can do that ? (commercial
product is fine too.) I've searched Google and found several ones, but up to
now, none of them convinces me.

Thanks a lot
