System.IO.File.Move

why does System.IO.File.Move("c:\\hmbug.jpg", "c:\\foodoo\\foo.jpg"); throw
access denied? im just moving a file in a console app? any ideas?

Do you have access to c:\\foodoo? Does the directory exist?
