Printing form data

Hi,
I have windows form which have some controls like labels, textbox , grid
etc.What i want is to print all values of controls present on form in ' Label
: Value ' format Ex ' Name : John ' and want to print grid values also in
sequencial manner .
EX
Label1 : Label1Value
Label2 : Label2Value

Grid1 Values
Can anybody give some input for this how to proceed with this .
