Creating a deskband with .NET

Hello,

I tried to build a deskband based on a tutorial at
http://www.thecodeproject.com/csharp...andobjects.asp

All in all it works fine but after a reboot of my computer the
deskband disappeared from my taskbar (surprisingly the same toolbar
works fine in IE and explorer).

Can anyone give me a hint how to implement a deskband in .NET?

Yes, that seems to be a issue with that particular example - I've not
found a solution to it either.

If you dig deep into some of the discussion threads to the article,
there are a couple of comments on the subject - nothing that digs too
deeply into possible solutions though.

I tried to see if I could find the author to the article but he
doesn't seem to have a current presence on the Internet right now...
