Wide screen and normal screen

SV
Hi

I work in a team which has both wide screen and normal screen monitors. We
inherit user controls and forms developed in .NET, across the team. One of
the problem I have noticed lately on normal screen is, the shrinking form
when it inherits from a form developed on a wide screen machine.

Can anybody tell me why this is happening and how can I fix it?

Thanks

SV
