Error id 1011 Perflib with .NET

I installed the redistributable package .NET Framework 1.1 french on a Win NT
4.0 Sp6a french. Since then the application log fill with errors from Perflib
id 1011 for the three services of .NET. I looked in the registry and the
library for the counter are not define. I tried uninstalling and installing
several time. I did the same installation on 3 different computer with the
same result. I did not find anything on MSDN or Technet. Here the contents of
the registry key for one of the service.
