integating Visual Studio 6.0 dll in ASP.NET

Good morning.

I'm evaluating the possibility of using ASP.NET for web application in
my organization. We have several dll written in Visual Studio 6.0, which
we need to reuse.

For a first feasibility test, I'm trying to integrate a Visual Studio
6.0 C++ class, packaged in a dll ("unmanagedLib.dll")in an ASP.NET page.

I wrote a wrapper class in managed C++ with .NET, packaged in a dll
("managedLib.dll").

In order to use this wrapper class in an ASP application
("webapplication1") I added a .NET reference to the "managedLib.dll". I
was not able to add a reference to the "unmanagedLib.dll", since it is
not recognized as a valid assembly.

Running the ASP page gives the following error:

"File or assembly name "managedLib" or one of its dependencies, was not
found"
"Line 258: <add assembly="*"/>".
If I go in the directory for the Temporary ASP.NET Files:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Tempo rary ASP.NET
Files\webapplication1\
eb00916e\2c61e967\assembly\dl2\b2719ba4\fc7173cc_a 478c401

add manually the "unmanagedLib.dll" and refresh the web page, I notice
that the application works fine.
What should I do to avoid this manual intervention???
