Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years object-oriented analysis and development experience in a Microsoft environment
4 year technical degree
3-4 years experience with Visual Basic, ASP.NET and C#
2 years experience documenting software design
Experience leading development teams
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
UML, BizTalk 2004, Oracle
Creative graphics skills
Management training
Webmaster experience
Networking knowledge
