Adding NT Domain User Accounts

Hi all,

I am attempting to add user accounts to a domain with a VB.NET program. The program will not be running on the domain controller but instead on a client machine. So far i have been able to do it manually via the AddUsers.exe command with the Windows 2000 resource CD kit. Could anybody give me a start?

Thanks,
Jesse
