Using Assembly from C++ or MC++

Hello,

is it possible to use a CS assembly from C++? I want to create a CS
assembly to take care of de/serialize XML. This is then to be used from an
application developed using C++. We already have a module written in MC++,
so if it is not possible to use the assembly from C++ I can use the
assembly from the MC++ module, but it seems unnecessarily messy (C++ calls
MC++ calls CS).
