.Net Software Deployment/Licensing

I've written a .net application and I'm looking to sell it over the
internet. I'm currently online checkingout several vendors that sell
license/trialware software that protects your software from being pirated.

Has anyone done this with a .net application and if so, how did you
implement trial periods/unlocking w/ registration keys etc...?

Most of the products out there that do this are quite expensive, but I found
a few I might try that aren't very much. If I don't have to spend a lot of
time writing that component myself, I'd rather not.
Thanks
