using System.IO.IsolatedStorage;

IsolatedStorageFile isoStore= IsolatedStorageFile.GetUserStoreForAssembly();

isoStore.CreateDirectory("Whatever");
System.IO.Stream fs = new IsolatedStoreageFileStream("Whatever.txt",
FileMode.Create, isoStore);
StreamWriter isoWriter = new StreamWriter(fs);
To get the files..

string[] isoFiles = isoStore.GetFileNames("FileFilter");
foreach(string isoFile in isoFiles){
//Whatever

}

You're not suppose to see them anywhere, they're stored encrypted in the
user's machine. That's what the advantage is: user-specific free encryption
of data, organized under a filesystem of sorts.
