Pb memory allocation in C++ .NET

I've create a "VC++ dotnet project" in Visual 2003.

When I try to allocate much of memory, i've an exception :
"System::Runtime::InteropServices::SEHExceptio n"

With "VC++ project" none problem.

There is a maximum size of allocation memory with .NET ?
how can I make?

Thanks
Yohan.
