Strong named dll

Q
Hello you all,

in VB6, I created an addin for outlook. All it did was popup a window asking
the user
for some info everytime a message was send from outlook. This application
worked fine!!!

When I do the same in VB.Net, I have problems installing the dll on the
client machines:
It seems the dll installes ok, but everytime I start outlook, I get an error
message (... is not a valid addin...)

I thought this problem had something to do with "strong named dll", so I
tried to create a strong named dll.
This does not succeed because I have references to office and outlook.

Is there a possibility of creating strong named dll's when there is a
reference to eg office, outlook...

Any advise would be appreciated.
Thks,

Q
