I have an application I wrote using the Windows Form Application(.NET) wizard. Pressing a button calls a function in a dllwritten in Visual C++. This function is supposed to cause acommand prompt window to open and some information to scroll by.My problem is that using the Windows Form Application wizardprevents the command prompt window from opening. Otherwise thedll functions correctly. I noticed that the wizard used a mainin the form:
int APIENTRY _tWinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance,
HINSTANCE hPrevInstance,
LPTSTR lpCmdLine,
int nCmdShow)
I decide to open an Empty Project (.NET) and copy my code intoit. I then used a generic main:
int main()
Using this format the command prompt window does open. However,if I minimize the form I can not get it to maximize again. Myquestion is how do I get the application to work so that thecommand prompt window does open, and the minimize/maximizefunctionality works?
