Authentication popup - Exprot to excel in Crystal reports.

Hi

I have developed a web application using asp.net and I used cystal reports(version 8.x comes with VS.NET2003 IDE) to create a reports.I have an option to export to excel.When I am trying to export to excel I am able to see the report in Excel. when we have tried to access the applccation from out side the network and export an authencticaion popup is requresting for UserName and Password, Even after giving the UserName and Password I am unable to save the excel to the system.Is it a problem with Crystal reports lisensing ..Can any one help me
