Problems with sending email from aspx page

I am trying to simply accept user input from a text field and email
that text to a recipient while bcc'ing another recipient. Sounds
simple enough but I am getting strange results such as:

1. One or the other may not get the message at all.

2. Two messages are sent to the "To" address and none to the "Bcc"
address

Here is the code I am using (after importing System.Web.Mail):

Dim oMessage As New MailMessage
Dim myMail As SmtpMail

With oMessage
.To = "pr*****@email.com"
.Bcc = "se*******@email.com"
.From = "fr**@email.com"
.Subject = "Email subject"
.BodyFormat = MailFormat.Text
End With

oMessage.Body = "Email: " & txtBox.Text

myMail.Send(oMessage)

I'm really stumped here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
