problems with creating setup project

HI all
I have created asetup project by using instruction from http://support.microsoft.com/default...en-us%3B821766
It creates the setup project and when I install it, it does show up in the ADD or Rmove Programs window but does not appear in the Programs menu

Any help will be greatly appreciated

2. Click the File System Editor icon
3. Select the User's Program Menu folder
4. Add in your program folder
5. Add in your program links
