using setabort and setcomplete with transactions

Should I use rollback and commit in my stored procs when I am using
serabort and setcomplete in my COM+ middle tier?

I took out the setcomplete and setabort from the COM+ middle tier and
the transcaction did not commit.

I then put the setcomplete and setabort back. Removed the commit
transaction, the database table was updated.

So I guess the question is, is it redundant to use commit and rollback
in procs when using setcomplete and setabort in COM+

Thanks
