Reading/Writing AVI Metadata

I'm not sure where to post this question, so I will try the general newsgroup.

I need to be able to read, write and create INFO properties in an AVI RIFF file. I don't see a managed API for this, so if there is one, please tell me where to find it. If there is not, could someone give me some pointers on how to use a non-managed API to do this

Thanks

Randall
