Missing files from enterprise localization kit

Can anyone send me these files:

ApplicationCultures.txt
Applications.txt
ControlTypes.txt
CultureProperties.txt
DictionaryProperties.txt
Elements.txt
Properties.txt
When I installed the Localization Toolkit these files were missing and
I have no stored procs in my SQL Server 7 database
Thanks in advance,

Gman
