.Net Application not responding

Hi,

I have an application, which has a C# frontend and COM (C++ \ ATL) , which
appears to be working just fine on my Win2K development machine and I have
had no complaints from customers in the last 6 months about this. I've also
never seen this on my XP laptop test machine.

Anyway, I've started using a Tablet PC for testing, (P4 1.4 512MB Ram
running XP Tablet edition). I've been getting occasional lock ups with it.
In the Task Manager it say my app is not responding. The only difference I
can see (bar the operating system) is that this machine does not have any
Com Ports, so I'm using a USB to serial device (with the latest drivers).
Using the same device and drivers on other machines have not shown the same
issue.

This seem completely random in this happening. Sometimes, it happens on a
button press, other times on a file load (which makes me think it isn't the
virtual Com port drivers).

I'd be grateful for any tips on how to proceed in tracking this down, since
more and more of our customers are looking for a tablet solution.
