Asp.net : Server controls in PlaceHolder control

Hi All,

I am wondering why Visual Studio.NET is showing error
message (red lines) under the code when I place server
controls in PlaceHolder control.

Firstly I thought it would throw compile/runtime time
error as it was showing red lines for the same, but it
worked fine.
