Hi Devin,

I see not any answers on your question.

I think it is better to ask this question as well in the newsgroup
microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.aspnet

My personal opinion is that VS.studio net has a lot of advantages above the
Matrix.

Some benefits from VS.studio in my opinion on first thought
All Net classses are to disposal
Debugging is much better
The pages are in a compilled version . dll (important when you make for
others)
The integratted help is almost impossible to use at start, however when you
are used to it very good.
Webservices are very easy to make

When you are someone who makes most with the designer, that is the same as
with the Matrix. For a better designer you have to wait on VS.2005.

However the HTML editor is one of the finest I saw (but I thought almost the
same as the Matrix)

I hope it gives some ideas, however very personal of course and take my
advise to ask it also too the guys and girls who are specialized in web in
the newsgroup I stated.

Hi,

Both VS.NET and web matrix are good. If you are on tight budget then you can
work with web matrix.
