Is there any documentation out there that would help me justify the transition from VS.NET 2002 to VS.NET 2003?

I would like to transition the projects in our company from Visual
Studio 2002 to Visual Studio 2003 and having some difficullty locating
document that justifies the switch. We currently develop Web
application and Web services using C#. In addition, we have some COM
interop as well as an application that is ASP/ASP.NET which is
developed through Visual Studio 2002. As a side note, our version
control system is Rational ClearCase.

Thanks in advance for you help.
