vbc - command line compiler question

Hello

I am trying to compile a vb file which uses a porition of a namespace in it's Imports directives. This does not seem to work. I get the following error
error BC30466: Namespace or type 'FOO' for the Imports 'Company.MiddleTier.FOO' cannot be found

The full namespce in this case are 'Company.MiddleTier.FOO.BAR'

Because of the amount of files that use portion of a namespace in their Imports directives I cannot make changes to the sourcecode.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Another question while I'm at it: Does anyone knowes how to grep the compilerlines produced by Visual Studio
