How To Script "Trusting An Assembly"

I have a dotnet application that I am deploying via URL.
i.e. http://servername/app.exe

Because I am making SQL calls, my app needs special permissions to run.
This can be acomplished via the ".NET Wizards" tool, but I am wonder if
there is a script which I can provide on my web site that basically says
"Click here to import the reg key needed to run. Then click here to launch
the app"

Is that possible? I made changes and took some regdiffs and there weren't
differences in the registry, at least none that seemed to apply to this.

Thanks!
