where in VS2003 Enterprise can graphically create sql?

In Access 2000, you can connect to SQL 2000 and create a view in a GUI window
where the tables, table relations and selected columns are displayed at top
and the resulting sql at the bottom.

Unfortunately, you have to save the view to execute the sql.

Is this feature buried somewhere in VS2003?

I don't actually want to create a view, I just want to be able to quickly
drag/drop tables, join them visually - and see the resulting sql statements. A
big time saver over typing the field names.
