Oracle 9i connection

I am new to .NET and I am trying to connect to Oracle 9i database. Can
someone with this experience please describe the steps or process to connect
to Oracle from .Net. I will appreciate it if anyone can recommend a URL or
book or document that described this process. Thanks in advance
