Strongly typed Crystal Reports parameters in .NET

Hi all,

I'm having difficulties assigning values to CR parameters in VS.NET 2003.
For example, if I add a parameter named pCompanyID to the RPT file, VS.NET
creates a proxy class where it defines my strongly typed parameter so that I
can use intellisense and compile-time checks rather than getting the
parameter by it's string representation:

Here's how I'm trying to assign a value to it:

ParameterDiscreteValue paramDiscreteValue = new ParameterDiscreteValue();
IParameterField pCompanyID = crReportDocument.Parameter_pCompanyID; //
strongly typed
ParameterDiscreteValue pdvCompanyID = new ParameterDiscreteValue();
pdvCompanyID.Value = "TEST";
pCompanyID.CurrentValues.Add(pdvCompanyID);

However, when I put a breakpoint after the last line and try to debug, I
notice that the ArrayList pCompanyID.CurrentValues remains empty (Count=0)

Is there anything extra I need to do?

Thanks,

-Oleg.
