JavaDoc-style documentation in visual basic?

Hello, I am new to .net, I come from the Java environment.

Is there a tool and a standard notation in order to self-document
Visual Basic code? You know, by placing comments just above class and
method definitions, etc.

I know C# does have it, but what about Visual Basic?

Thanks in advance,

Luis.
