ASP Client Validation does not work

My web forms are using required validators. All client validations are working fine, locally. But all client validations are not working when im accessing the web pages in a public IP. Looking through the view source of one of the web pages, this lines are not generated by the page
<script language="javascript" src="/aspnet_client/system_web/1_1_4322/WebUIValidation.js"></script><script language="javascript"><!-
var Page_ValidationActive = false
if (typeof(clientInformation) != "undefined" && clientInformation.appName.indexOf("Explorer") != -1)
if ((typeof(Page_ValidationVer) != "undefined") && (Page_ValidationVer == "125")
ValidatorOnLoad()
function ValidatorOnSubmit()
if (Page_ValidationActive)
ValidatorCommonOnSubmit()
// --></script

it seems theres an error acessing the "WebUIValidation.js", file which by the way exist.
what seems to be the problem here.. pls help me out thanks
