Solutions not showing correct Modified date

Hello,
I recently upgraded to .NET 2003 from the previous version. I converted some
projects over to the new .NET. All came over well with no problems. One
strange thing though, when I start .NET and I get to the Start Page where it
shows your projects and the Modified date, on some projects this date never
gets updated even though I open the solution and and make a change to the
source and rebuild. Others do update to the current date. I'm at a loss to
know why. Has anyone had this or know how to correct it?
Thanks for any help.
