Using Visual Basic .Net, I have a data grid on a win form with 7 columns loading very well. The first column is to be a data entry column. The problem I have is when the value in column(0) is changed, I need to perform some calculations and update another of the columns (7 in this case). Can anyone tell me what event I could use to perform this action??
If I use the Lost Focus event, it does not fire unless I move to the second column to the right, then back into the first column. The CurrentCellChanged event appears to fire too often causing degradation in performance since it runs my calc module too often
Has anyone run into an issue like this before?
