Upgrade or Full Version?

I have a liscense for Visual Studio 6. I want to get Visual Studio.net 2003 Professional. Do I need to getthe full version of .net or can I get the upgrade? I am asking because there was a Visual Studio.net 2002. The 2003 version would be upgrading by two versions. Thanks for the help.

You can upgrade from VS6 to 2003:

Be aware that installing the 2003 version will uninstall you VB6 without even notifying you. If you still need vb6, which most of us do, you will need to completely reinstall it.
