Contact USB HID device

Does anyone have an example of contacting a USB device using .Net. I have a VB example using a lot of API calls but I am assuming there has got to be a better way in .Net.

I am not sure which forum to post this in so I thought I would start here.

See the thread titled "USB Programming" of 12/28/2003 11:51 PM, this
newsgroup.

(How do I make a URL out of this?)
