Removing References to Code Source

Hello everyone

Is there a way to remove all references to the particular code source tool you are using? I'm using Visual Studio 2003 and ClearCase. I need to remove all references to Clear Case and make my visual studio projects untouched again by a code source tool. Is there a command line utility or anything else to do this? Or is there a way to edit the xml relating to the files

thanks for your help and knowledge
