Start Page Trouble

Hello all,

I am having trouble with the Visual Studio .NET Start Page. When I click on
the right-pane links such as "Online Community" and "XML Web Services", I
get an error message saying:

"This feature requires that you have connected to the internet previously or
are currently online"

Well, I am connected to the Internet. (Otherwise I wouldn't have been able
to post this message!)

What is wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Jerome Smith
