Whidbey controls in .NET 2003

is there any way to use the new cool WinBar (etc.) controls of studio Whidbey in the current version (2003) of the studio

No, unless you wish to code it. There are no decompile tools for the 2.0
Framework that I know of, so you would have to learn some IL and use ILDASM
and then code yourself. Either that or use code from a project like Anakrino
and make your own decompiler. NOTE that this type of activity would likely
break EULA.
