Error when starting windows service - Q326366?

Hey guys

I keep getting this error when i try running my vb.net
windows service.
--------------------------
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET
Runtime ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have
the necessary registry information or message DLL files to
display messages from a remote computer. You may be able
to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description;
see Help and Support for details. The following
information is part of the event: .NET Runtime version
1.1.4322.573- trucking.exe - Common Language Runtime
Debugging Services: Application has encountered a user-
defined breakpoint.

Process id=0xacc (2764), Thread id=0x6e0 (1760).

Click ABORT to terminate the application.
Click RETRY to debug the application.
Click IGNORE to ignore the breakpoint

--------------------------------
I did a search for this error and did find some w/the same
error on their web apps. Any idea why something like this
would keep my app from starting?

Thanks
