Skins look terible when window moves

I am building a small window app that uses irregular shaped windows
based on images.

The code works fine at displaying the window but if the user moves the
window arround rapidly or the visiblity is set to false and then later
back to true, the image gets all screwed up.

I've included links to code and visual examples of the problem

FormCode: http://www.bondibeer.com.au/_vti_temp/Mantra.cs
