DirectorySearcher.Filter problem

Hi. I need help in such a question
In .NET Framework Class Library I find good explanation about how to set search filter string. But not good enought
I need to find all users which name begins from "And" letters
I wrote userSearcher.Filter = ("(objectClass=And*)"). But it's not right
Could someone write the right search filter string
Thanks in advanse.
