SendMessage without API-Calls

Hi,

is it with the .Net-Class-library possible to send a message with the
same effect like the API-Call "SendMessage" to another application
window or control without Windows-API-Calls.

You can wrap the api's in .net and use sendmessage. Sendmessage is part of
the user32.dll functionality and I dont think theres an
equivalent.........its not rocket science thoug, take aread of
this..........
