Derived User Control not showing up in Design View.

P: n/a
Hi, Leo,

Saw your post below.
Hi,

I am designing webforms,
my DerivedClass derive from BaseClass ( BaseClass derive from
System.Web.UI.UserControl).

If I drop a button on the DerivedClass. It does not show the button
visually.
It only show text "Button".

If I changed DerivedClass to drive from System.Web.UI.UserControl, it
works fine.

Is that a bug for ASP.NET?

Thanks.
