There's another problem that I've had: if you don't disable script blocking,
you can't interactively debug an ASP page. Googling found a post from an MS
person who said that they didn't do much testing with Norton, as they use
somethin gelse (innoculan?) internally.
The symptom was that the development environment would hang, and had to be
killed with task manager. Very frustrating as Norton didn't pop up a
warning in this case.

I'm sure this is a simple question. I just installed Visual Basic.NET and
every time I begin running the program Norton anti-virus says that there is
a malicious script file that it suggest I stop. The file is devenv.exe. Is
this a problem I should worry about or can I simply allow the file to run?
Will it cause problems later, and if so how can I fix things?
