MIME decoding

Hello,

I am reading directly from a POP3 inbox, and the message
has some MIME encoding in it. For instance, where there
is an =3D, that is really to be an '=' ...

So, I just need to decode a a string. I've googled but
can't seem to find what i need. Any help would be
appreciated.

I included my email address, in case I get lost in these
newsgroups. :)
