Gate and Relf Opens Mouth: Stock Sinks Again

Bill Gate and Jeff Relf is MSFT worst enemy !

Making his sixth consecutive keynote at the annual trade show,
Gates also showed off portable media players, devices that are paperback
book-sized and feature built-in hard drives and 4-inch color screens.
Users can transfer music, video, photos, and even recorded television from
their PCs to the portable device for playback anywhere.

Gates first demonstrated that technology, formerly known as
Media2Go, two years ago, but now companies such as Creative Labs, Samsung
and ViewSonic are poised to bring the product to market later this year.

Long-touted "smart watches" that stream Internet based traffic, weather or
news reports to watches over the FM radio spectrum are also now available,
Gates said.

In short by the time MS is actually able to bring this stuff to market the
technology is already 3 years old and out of date. Pathetic. NEXT!

What companies do you two have most of your portfolio in ? Back in '98 one
of my buddies at Lehman Brothers was telling me about Caldera and how they
were going to explode (Leham was one of the co's that took them public).
They sure did, the IPO was great. But everything I bought is tragically
overvalued. Would love to hear the hot tips you guys have.

I've recommended Redhat for quite some time, and it's been booming for
quite some time and doesn't look like it's going to stop any time soon.
Novell looks to be a good pick as well. With the Sun-China deal to provide
Linux desktops....I'd say Sun Microsystems is probably a very good choice
right now too, since they are looking at some major asian growth.

Ok, here are two of them for free.

Somebody in taking a short position is going to make millions on SCO stock
when it craters.

MS stock is not going to do the same thing, obviously, as long as someone
can keep the kiddie CEO in check, but over time it is going into a serious
decline that can also make some serious money for investors. This has
nothing to do with the fact that Windows sucks as an OS (Lousy products
have nothing to do with sales success, given the cretins that our
educational system is producing), but the fact that the leading company
always takes a major fall after peaking. It ALWAYS happens - from
Standard oil a hundred years ago to IBM recently. The problem is the
timing of the investment which I don't pretend to be able to tell.

(I give no credence to the theory that Microsoft quality peaked with Dos
3.3 and has gone downhill ever since - I think it started before then,
specifically on that ominous night when Mommy and Daddy Gates did their
thing.)

What kind of retarded stockbroker is going to short sell SCOX? You find
one and let us know.

Asian growth? Are you saying that Asian people are short? Listen buddy... I
don't think this forum is the place for racism. I'm am 1/64 Native American
and my people have been discriminated against by the white man for hundreds
of years. It is for this reason that I stand in solidarity with my Asian
friends who truly understand the value of garbage collection in a
multithreaded environ~NO CARRIER
